| If you are arriving before January 26th and staying at another location, you are responsible for your transportation to the Duck and Whale. If you are using a rental car to reach the meeting, National Car Rental is onsite at the Duck and Whale Resort. Transportation from the Orlando Airport will be provided.
Pack casual clothing for your stay at the Duck and Whale Resort.
Pre-Conference workshops have been set up. If you are planning to attend one you should arrive on Tuesday, January 24th, for pre-Conference starting on Wednesday, January 25th.
Activities
We have provided time within the schedule for your relaxation. If you intend to play golf or visit any of the area theme parks, you must make arrangements on your own. We will be happy to provide you with information to set up a golf game. You may purchase tickets for any of the Parks on site at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby; or if you prefer total relaxation, you are welcome to spend time at the lakeside beach and pools.

How can I be sure there will be shuttle transportation for me?
If your reservation was made through our website then, your name will be on the ground transportation manifest. If you did not use our site, you must fax your itinerary to 952-858-8950 and we will add your information to the ground transportation manifest.
